EVRaid is seeking a strategic and creative Branding Manager to lead and drive the company’s brand direction, positioning, and market presence. The Branding Manager will be responsible for building and executing branding strategies that strengthen EVRaid’s identity, increase market awareness, and support business growth objectives.
The role requires a strong marketing mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, define brand priorities, identify growth opportunities, and create clear brand strategies aligned with the company vision. The ideal candidate should have experience in branding, strategic marketing, campaign planning, and brand communication within automotive, EV, technology, or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the overall brand strategy aligned with company goals and business growth plans.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, tone of voice, and market differentiation strategy.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, customer behavior, and industry opportunities to identify branding priorities.
- Build strategic branding plans to increase brand awareness and market presence.
- Lead marketing and branding campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Identify target audience segments and recommend the best communication and marketing approaches.
- Coordinate with design, content, media, and external agencies to ensure brand consistency.
- Ensure all company materials and communication reflect the brand identity and standards.
- Develop and monitor branding KPIs including engagement, reach, brand visibility, and campaign performance.
- Recommend new branding initiatives, partnerships, and promotional activities to support company expansion.
- Support product launches, events, exhibitions, and public relations activities.
- Collaborate with sales, business development, and technical teams to align branding with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize social media branding direction and digital presence.
- Prepare branding reports, strategic presentations, and market insights for management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve branding strategies based on market feedback and performance analysis.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Branding, or related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in branding, marketing strategy, or brand management.
- Experience in EV technologies, battery systems, or energy storage solution
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, market positioning, and customer engagement.
- Experience in digital marketing, campaign planning, and brand communication.
- Ability to build long-term branding strategies and execute actionable marketing plans.
- Strong analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
