    Senior HR Generalist

    Smart Village, Egypt

    EVRaid is looking for HR Generalist  As a HR Generalist, you’ll be the engine behind smooth HR operations. Your role blends Talent Acquisition, Payroll & HR Operations, and compliance making sure people processes run like clockwork while keeping the employee experience human, supportive, and on point. You’ll work closely with Finance, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, technical environment.  

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar roles, from sourcing and CV screening to interviews and hiring decisions.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure efficient and timely recruitment cycles.
    • Prepare, issue, and follow up on job offers, including compensation details, approvals, and candidate negotiations.
    • Oversee monthly payroll processing and pay slip issuance using Odoo, in coordination with Finance.
    • Handle social insurance documentation and ensure full compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
    • Execute full employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including contracts, documentation, and exit procedures
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation in line with company policies.
    • Utilize Odoo HR & Recruitment modules for recruitment tracking, employee data management, and payroll records.
    • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and structured HR frameworks
    • Act as a key point of contact between candidates, employees, and internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations
    • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams, applying HR best practices in a fast-moving, technical environment.

    Must Have

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in HR operations.
    • Proven experience in recruitment & talent acquisition for white-collar and blue-collar roles.
    • Experience in payroll processing and coordination with Finance teams. 
    • Solid knowledge of labor laws and social insurance regulations. 
    • Experience using HR systems (Odoo is a strong plus). 
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail. 
    • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. 
    • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments. 
    • HR certifications are a plus.
