Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our engineering team and contribute to the development of innovative EV charging solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in embedded software development, Linux-based systems, C/C++ programming, and AUTOSAR architecture. You will be responsible for the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, validation, and hardware/software integration while ensuring compliance with automotive and EV industry standards. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge electric vehicle technologies in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the complete product development lifecycle for embedded software products.
- Develop and maintain embedded software for EV charging systems.
- Design, execute, and document test plans, verification, and validation activities.
- Perform hardware and software integration testing.
- Develop software using C, C++, C#, Python, and MATLAB.
- Implement and maintain AUTOSAR-based software architecture.
- Debug and troubleshoot embedded systems using industry-standard tools.
- Ensure compliance with automotive and EV industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical, ECE, EEE, EIE, or a related engineering field.
- 4–10 years of experience in embedded software development.
- Strong programming skills in C and C++.
- Experience working with Linux OS.
- Hands-on experience with embedded microcontrollers, microprocessors, or FPGA platforms.
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols including CAN, LIN, SPI, I2C, UART, Ethernet, and USB.
- Experience in software testing, verification, validation, and hardware/software integration.
- Understanding of software quality standards and functional safety.

- Knowledge of motor control techniques (AC/DC, BLDC, PMSM).

- Experience interfacing with sensors, EEPROM, Flash, ADC, SD Card, DDR, and eMMC.
- Understanding of Linux boot process and inter-process communication.
- Familiarity with EMI/EMC standards (IEC, EN, CISPR, ISO, FCC, MIL, DO-160).
- Knowledge of EV certification standards such as ISO 15118, AIS138, IEC, and CBIP.
- Experience using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, data loggers, and multimeters.
- Understanding of new product development processes and technical documentation.
