EVRaid is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand the company’s sales activities across the Egyptian market. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and expanding the market presence of EVRaid’s products and solutions.
The role requires strong experience in technical sales and business development with the ability to promote Battery Packs, Battery Management Systems (BMS), EV electrification solutions, and customized energy solutions to industrial, automotive, commercial, and mobility sectors. The ideal candidate should have a strategic sales mindset, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term partnerships that support company growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company business objectives and market expansion plans.
- Identify and approach potential customers, OEMs, distributors, fleet operators, factories, and industrial partners.
- Promote EVRaid products including Battery Packs, BMS solutions, and EV electrification systems to the local market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and strategic clients.
- Generate new leads, conduct client meetings, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, pricing structures, and negotiate contracts with customers.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to provide customized solutions based on customer requirements.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and revenue KPIs.
- Support exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and business development activities related to EVs and industrial technologies.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
- Develop sales pipelines and strategic partnerships to support long-term business growth.
- Coordinate with marketing and branding teams to support market awareness and lead generation initiatives.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Electronics, Automotive, Mechatronics, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Experience in automotive, EV, batteries, industrial solutions, renewable energy, or technical products is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of technical sales and solution-based selling.
- Experience managing B2B sales processes and strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop sales plans and achieve business growth targets.
- Good understanding of the Egyptian industrial and automotive market.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in EV technologies, battery systems, or energy storage solutions.
